About

My name is Natalie Pratt and I am a second six pupil barrister at Radcliffe Chambers.

I was called to the Bar in 2018 by Lincoln’s Inn as a Lord Denning scholar, and in receipt of a Hardwicke award and Buchanan prize.

Before joining the Bar I spent three years as a Teaching Fellow at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London, teaching both property law and the law of trusts. I was also previously a Visiting Lecturer at King’s College London, Associate Lecturer at the University of Surrey, and Lecturer in Law at the University of Buckingham.

My academic interests lie broadly in property law, and I have recently completed a PhD examining the legal institutions that can be used to give effect to communal property rights.

This blog is intended to summarise and provide some initial thoughts on recent cases and developments in land and property law.
